Hisense 55N6 Not Supporting 4k for PlayStation 4 Pro. Any Help?

Hi, I have a hisense 4k UDH tv. Model 55N6. But when I connect my ps4 pro(hdmi port 4) t is only showing 2k video. Any help please?

  Its possible not all ports are 4k, look at your manual, also make sure you have a 4k capable hdmi cable.

    Yeah, just try swap out your hdmi cable with another one and see if 4K works

      Well, i have used the hdmi cable supplied by ps4 pro. I guess thats the correct one

        Oops I didn’t word it correctly but I meant to say switch it out for another port. Hopefully it works

    Hdmi 3 and 4 are 4k. Using port 3 now.

  Not sure if you have to update the Hisense tv as well?

  I think hisense are usually 4K only on HDMI1 & 2?

    Yep looked it up… 4K 60hz is only HDMI 1 & HDMI2

    3 & 4 only do 4K 30hz which the PS4 likely won’t support.

  Thanks everyone. In my tv model port 1 n 2 are 4k. Now its working. Thanks for all ur suggestions:)
