There are some great wines on there, however my knowledge on wine is minimal at best so if people could comment with some good recommendations that would be awesome.
The best value would be to buy a $149.xx case (mixed, white or red), which will typically have 12 bottles. Some cases have free delivery. To avoid the delivery charge, you can choose to pickup your order from your nearest BWS store. No matter the method of delivery, there is a handling fee of $1.20 per case (metro) or $1.40 per case (regional). From a few searches in VIC, metro delivery is $6.95 and regional delivery is $11.95.
So, for best value:
- Order a $149.00 case (such as the Paragon Mclaren Vale Shiraz mentioned in OP)
- Choose pickup from BWS (if metro, $1.20 or regional, $1.40)
- The order total updates to $150.20/$150.40)
- Apply 30XMAS to bring the price down to $105.50/$105.70

You can also purchase WISH eGift Cards at 5% off to save even more (this is even recommended by Cashrewards!). Beware though, unlike Dan Murphy's and Woolworths, Cellarmasters doesn't allow multiple gift cards in one transaction, so only a single gift card can be used (preferably with enough balance to fund the entire order).
I don't believe this is a single-use voucher, so it's a great time to stock up for the festive season.
