Cost of Setting up Food Stalls at Events Such as Night Noodle Markets etc

I can't seem to find this information anywhere online for Noodle Markets.
Some of the smaller ones I have found info on.

Wondering if anyone knows or knows of people who run food stalls at food events such as Night Noodle Markets or smaller events.
If so, do you know how much is generally charged per night per stall?

Any help on information would be appreciated!
Thank you in advance.

Used to work at a food stand in a small farmers market. Emphasis on the small.
    It was $50 - 60. Opens from 6 to 12 every Saturday.
In small markets like that, you’d only make profits if you are willing to do all the work yourself, not hiring someone else to. But if you’re looking at specific events like noodles market, especifially if it’s in the city, I’d imagined the rent would be a lot more but also more traffic and profits

http://www.oneperth.com.au/2015/01/30/50000-handout-for-fair… I have 0 knowledge about this but this article says for the Perth ones in 2015 it was 500 a night (12 nights) and 20% of the stall's turnover

I run a little food truck at local community events, and I get charged between $400-$600.. I'd imagine a major event like the noodle market, would be significantly more

    • Damn even if you were making $10 on each item that is still 70 people or items to break even assuming petrol costs.

For a 3 hour stint that is minimum 23 items an hour or one item selling 3 minutes roughly.. ouch that is some anxiety stress right there

  • Food stalls at local events in the Blue Mountains are $300 a day, I would not be surprised if the night noodle markets were 5 times that.

  • How long does the Night Noodle Markets last for day wise and hour wise per day?

Let's say the costs are $1500 a day and each item makes roughly $15 per item that is 100 items in a x amount of hour period.. ouch

Depending on the traffic and length of the stall being open and functioning that is a lot of items to be sold at a high profit per day.. not including all the other costs like transport, equipment, ingredient and materials, labour, signage, advertising, marketing, etc

Damn food stall business is rough I honestly sometimes don't know how they do it.
