Discounts off RRP aren't generally considered bargains around here.
Personally I think any price is too much to pay to advertise someone's brand on my clothing but I see plenty of people doing it so there's obviously a market. I'd agree with cloud on under $18 being a good mark to start considering a bargain for a decent tshirt.

For a standard tshirt like this, price range <$18 is what I would consider as “bargain”. Otherwise it’s just a normal ad, I reckon.
