    Hi there,

I ordered 3 pieces on your previous sale but have only received 2 pieces.

It is a shame because I was planning to give the gifts to 3 different people.

Could you please kindly check and see what is going on?

I have already sent you an email.

    Thank you.

  • This is just one of those dropshipping stores that advertise as Sales when really they're not…

    • Not true Popaprozac, we are having end of line sales on the items in the Hot Deals category

  • How is their ring quality?

  • may I ask, if i place an order just now then how long would it take to arrive at my door? i need my order by Friday 7th Dec.

    • Hi Wisiwuget,
I dont want to make promises as we do not give you shipping, I do not think it would get there by Friday. I am so sorry!

  • Becareful with your email as they sell it to 3rd parties to spam you.
    Beware of this seller !

    • Hi D34thBringer,
We do not sell to 3rd parties. If you feel you have been "scammed" please send us an email to our Customer Service Team, and they will help you out.

Why would i believe your team as someone is stealing the email and distribute it to your "friend" spam
I never accuse you for being scammer but i can guarantee you that you are a spammer . Similar to facebook/Cambridge
        Spam 1
http://prntscr.com/lqep6j - Louis vuitton bag LOL
spam 2 - Michael Kors —- really do i need michael kors ? LMAO
        http://prntscr.com/lqepby
        Spam 3
        https://prnt.sc/lqepgx
At the bottom of spam number 3, http://prntscr.com/lqeq6c
Who is my friend recommend to send my email to this spammer. For your information, this email is only for my paypal account and the last transaction I used to pay for the transaction of your companies. I never use or register this email for anything else

Each spam is about female bag and really I am man and do you think I really want this female bag ?
You don't trust my privacy so I have to warn others when they deal with you because you can't keep your customer's privacy and you spread it.

Futhermore, I never receive any spam on my email until I received my items from your company. congrats neverland for keeping customer email secret

          1. I've bought stuff from this company that in my opinion has been well worth the $5 to $10 that each of those items cost me, other than that, I have no affiliation with them. That's like my "plus-vote" for the deal posted above. I checked the linked page and this time, there's nothing that piques my curiosity, but maybe next time.

          2. I've never received a single piece of spam on the email account I used to purchase from them, and I've made purchases from them over the last 18 months or so.

          3. You accuse these guys of selling your email address and the only evidence you give is some screenshots of some random spam (that every one gets sooner or later anyway) to the same email address that you use for your Paypal account? If spam is going to your Paypal email address, then ANY company that you have bought from using Paypal could be to blame.

Have you considered that one of the other companies that you have purchased from may be the culprit?

          Or that it's a coincidence…

Or maybe your email was leaked from any other one of a million sources.

Stop putting shit on a company when you base your whole assumption on a sample size of just one - yourself!

          • @The IT Crowd: This email was created on 2010 when I joined paypal. During 8 years, I never receive any spam in this emailand yes I dealt with a lot of buyers, e.g ebay, and other companies and again No spam received until last week after I received my item from neverland
Again I have to underline I never register this email for anything except to use for paypal.

I suspected this because someone was not happy when I sent the email asking when the ETA of delivery and where is the company based so I know how long it took to deliver my item.

            1. How did you pay them ? did you put your credit card or did you use paypal ? If you used credit card, i hope they kept your credit card number safely .

3: the last transaction I dealt with paypal was with Neverland and ebay ,so take a guess.

Offcourse they would say they didnt do but I just want to give everyone warning . If you believe them , it is fine , but not for me anymore

Lulu you are not katerina, are you?

          • @The IT Crowd: my last transactions on paypal… sarroff is neverland

@D34thBringer: Fair enough, you believe it was them, I get it, and I can't prove otherwise anyway.

It's just that I deal with IT support, and my experience says that even though they could be responsible for the spam, I'd suggest it's more likely that it's a coincidence that they were the last company that you dealt with.

Anyway, I don't know this company, I don't mean to represent them, I just saw your original post that looked like you spent ages taking screenshots of spam without realising that random handbag spam can come from a million different places and just because they were the last company you dealt with (and that you may have had words with over your order delivery date etc.) doesn't mean 100% they are to blame, but your original post 100% convicts them of this.

Those sorts of comments can damage a company's reputation.

              • @The IT Crowd: Exactly!
Made me chuckle. It has been a while since I've seen such solid evidence incriminate a company.

  • Last communication with neverland on 21/11 https://prnt.sc/lqh240
Email received as per screenshot on 22/11 at 12 pm . coincidence ?

Mate I understand where you are coming from but I wont accuse them without valid proof. I am not fussy my email got spam. Eveyone's email got spam but this email I LQya kept it free from spam for 8 years until recently on 22/11 at 12 pm

Again if you want to accuse me, it is fine , but this is warning for everyone to be diligent when dealing with unknown merchant. Better to create fake email rather than using your real email account
