Password manager for Windows PC and Android with cloud sync?

Hi

I'm looking for a cheap and secure password manager tool which supports both Windows PC and Android with cloud sync option.

I read reviews more positive reviews about dashlane. But it's quite expensive. Keepass is free but sync option is too frustrating. I'm using kaspersky password manager right now(on trail basis). PC version is really good but android version needs lot of improvements.

Can anyone have better suggestions for me?

    just get a nice notepad and a pen and write down all your passwords there :P.

      But don't worry, they will only be visible to you; to everyone else they will appear as ********'s.

    Lastpass is probably the most reasonable option. The free version works well, syncs across all platforms and has all the necessary features.

    LastPass has a free option.
    I've been using BitWarden for a few months now and prefer that.

      +1 for BitWarden.

      The free versions have all of the basic functionality and works across different platforms.

      I eventually ended up paying the small subscription fee to get the one-time-password generation support. Works very well.

    I've been using 1Password and recommend it highly. LastPass had a data breach in 2015 (PCWorld Last Pass) so that helped me make my decision to go for 1Password.

    Used 1Password in the past before i had a run in with customer support… Worked well.

    Now on Dashlane, very solid software

    Sync KeePass using Google drive etc and it works fine.

    The benefit over something like LastPass is that you hold your passwords locally rather than on LPs servers.

    I use a derivative of KeePass:KeePassXc. Its great but I don't sync. I don't trust Google et al.

      I used to do something similar with Keepass - Just keep the key file on Dropbox and it will sync itself

    PC: KeePass
    As others have said, sync with Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.

    Android I recommend Keepass2Android Password Safe (it supports the the main cloud storage providers) with their KeyboardSwap for Keepass2Android plug-in (set up using instructions in the app description on Play). Both are free.

      Yeah this is the answer. Free or not I still think Keepass is the best I've tried.

      Keepass2Android is amazing. And if you want 'proper' cloud sync on your PC then use the KeeAnywhere plugin for sync to/from Dropbox/Google Drive/One Drive/AWS etc.

      The two of them work great together.

    I like LastPass and I’m fortunate to be able to expense the costs. Dashlane was my favourite before that

    I'm just putting a word in for Keepass as well. It's not the most elegant looking solution, but so far, I have it working on ALL my devices and have it cloud synced via dropbox. Been using it since 2009
