I'd like either a website or Android app that allows me to set up price alerts for when things drop in price. Let's say for example, at the moment red capsicums are $9.99 in the supermarkets. I'd like a service that alerts me when the price either drops below a certain $ or % value.
If that isn't possible, are there any catalog collation sites that allow alerts to be set up for specific keywords to identify when something is on sale in a catalog?

you could use uptimerobot to alert you by email when certain pages have a certain number in them

I would build it myself but I honestly don't know how and would probably give up 3/4 of the way and be wasted :(
Been looking for a historical lowest price like isthereanydeal.com but for groceries and other online shopping websites and items.
Man that would be something I have been trying to get it implemented within ozbargain on product pages for some time now but they said it would cost too much resources to build and maintain so I think the idea was abandoned but yeah a chart or lowest, average, highest price for online products would be nice.
