Cheapest flight to Europe?

Hey guys, I'm looking for a return flight to Geneva, Switzerland, and thought - Hey! Where better to ask for advice.

I am looking to leave on the 15 July (flexible) and return a month after that (15 August)

Anyone know anything about getting cheap flights?

What city are you based in? If you're in Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth or Darwin and cost is your main concern (and you are willing to sacrifice some comfort and convenience) fly AirAsia to London or Paris via Kuala Lumpur, then connect to Geneva with a budget airline (eg Easyjet). Other option would be to fly to Bangkok or Phuket with a budget airline (AirAsia or Jetstar), then fly Air Berlin to Europe. (Websites www.airasia.com or www.airberlin.com)
