amaysim Service Suspension. Am I Missing Something?

I bought a sim card from amaysim which was activated on the same day (13th Nov). The physical card reached me on 18th Nov.

I requested Amaysim to suspend it which they did. When I got it reactivated today, I found that the card had only 4 days renaming and it expires on 11th Dec.

Am I in the wrong that the last date for the sim usable period should be extended?

Or,
what is the use of getting the service stopped when it is going to expire anyway.

    No idea how their 'suspension' works, but:

    So that a random doesn't rack up unauthorised charges if, e.g., you're overseas.


    Reading Amaysim's website, it seems that "suspend" to them just means turning off auto-renew.

    "Hi XXX, we noticed you've only just started using your amaysim SIM, so we've restarted your plan date so you get the most out of your plan."

      I did. Suspension does not extend the date.
