  OP how are these different from generic vitamins, apart from these being pricier?

  I did learn in primary school, that if you have a balanced diet, you don't need vitamin supplements

  also learnt that apart from fat soluble vitamins, your body can't store them

  so OP, for any of us not on exclusion diets/ body building etc, do we needs vitamins or supplements?
  I mean a saving of $29.99 is a bargain!

    A lot of vitamin brands differ in the binding agent the active ingredient is combined to.

    Unfortunately for certain people, they cannot absorb enough nutrients from diet alone, and have to find an external source to supplement on top of their daily needs.

      care to take a punt as to what percentage of people cannot absorb nutrients from diet alone?
      if you can back this up with scientific evidence (studies not sponsored by Swisse) I'd be most impressed.
      If you can't I'd take it your in it to make a buck!
