Just saw this while browsing the site. Free delivery applied at checkout. No min spend either.
As per site:

Dan Murphys Christmas Delivery Offer

Our free delivery for Christmas offer applies to Metropolitan areas for standard delivery only. Unfortunately, a delivery fee will still be incurred for customers living in Regional and Country areas due to the additional delivery costs for these areas.

Free delivery will be automatically applied at checkout.

The free delivery offer is strictly limited and will be available from the 10th of December until the 12th of December 2018, 11:59pm AEDT.

  Remember than dan murphys has an ebay site, so if you have ebay plus you can sometimes get the same price, free delivery and 10% off coupon.

  But no cashback anymore :(

        Just refreshed cart a couple of hours later and it came up before I click the paypal button. Right under delivery $6.90 it says in red: Delivery Discount:-$6.90. Good luck

  Bad website maintenance? It’s not working and I’ve just had my account blocked when i rang up enquiring about this and they just reset my account password - WTH. Now i can’t even log in. Wasted half an hour from dan murphy’s Rep who didn’t have a clue about this Christmas delivery deal.

  OP, please correct the title - I just checked with Dan Murphy's customer service who confirmed this is ONLY FOR CHRISTMAS CATALOGUE ONLY. I searched specifically for Henschke keyneton euphonium and just couldn't work out why free delivery was not applied, but it's because it's not in the Christmas catalogue. Kind of misleading advertisement, and annoying.
