EB Games eGift Card Balance Checking?

Hi,

Is there a good way to check eb games egift card balance?
I have several in my account and would like to verify and delete if there's no balance.
However their website's checking page shows

Unable to retrieve card balance, please try again later. Alternatively contact customer service.

I'm not sure what's wrong with it, it doesn't say the balance is 0, it doesn't say the card is expired or you are checking too often, is it so hard to do the balance checking page properly?
