Tronsmart Element Pixi Not Charging (GeekBuying Deal)

I purchased one of these from Geekbuying at the end of September ( https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/405772 ) I have used it 3 times since, went to top it up today for a trip away and it won't charge…red charging light is on despite being on a wall charger for most of the day. Have tried 3 different chargers (two that run Raspberry Pi's without issue) and still the red charging light. Have emailed both Geekbuying and Tronsmart but was wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences?
