Not really a deal so thought I'd just post here..

1. Sign up for a $80 Red Plus month-to-month plan on Vodafone (with 40,000 QFF bonus points)
2. Add the $99 Vodafone Smart E9 phone
3. Trigger coupon pop-up for $25 discount (move mouse to close the tab)
4. Cancel plan when points are credited and pay off the phone in full (min cost $74).

  Think this info is incorrect as need to sign up for 12mths. Unless I am reading something wrong??

    You can choose to pay off the phone in 12/24/36 months, or you can pay it off all at once

      Nah, phone not the issue. It is the plan. It needs to be 12mths to get points.

        That's just for the Sim Only plans. If you get the $80 Red Plus plan its a month to month contract

                  @JordanM: Do you know if you pay out phone when cancel, if the phone is locked to vodaphone and need to pay unlocking fee? Not even sure how good phone is, as only use samsung and do not know which brand it is?

  I tired this, got failed on the credit check. Weird considering my credit is very solid. Maybe they're filtering people applying for the cheap phone with expensive plan.

  Signed up for vodafone red plan offer and bought a mobile last year and registered qff details on vodafone website and got a confirmation email on 20 dec. Said meant to be processed and in account within 30 days. Still waiting for my points. Rang Vodafone 5 times and every time get told will be done in next few days. Getting the run around. They say can only email section which handles it in Tassie. Any ideas how I get my points? Or anyone else in this situation. First time I have used Vodafone, but show no interest in fixing issue of delay.
