Stock is still the biggest issue at hand on them! We are happy to work you out a good price on one if you don't mind waiting for the stock to show up.

Are you really though? You were asking Ozbargain about which entry level DSLR you should buy 6 months ago, and now you want to shell out for Sony’s latest full frame?

        he is a pro now

        • Haha, definitely not.
I was waiting for boxing day deals anyways and during this time had time to do a bit of research, play around with few of my mates cameras and get an understanding of what kinda photography I want to do and Sony mirrorless cameras just sold me. On that note, I am very keen on the A6000 or A7 but would not mind starting big with the A7iii if the price is right and under my budget. Thoughts?

          • @NEVERfullprice: Well if you've got the budget you may as well spring for the latest model. The useability, ergonomics and functionality are light years ahead of Sony's APSC cameras, you're bound to be much more frustrated with the a6000 in terms of battery life, controls and general useability.

That being said, the capabilities of the a7iii are overkill for people just getting into photography. If you're looking for cameras that are really a joy to use and look and feel fantastic consider the Fuji mirrorless lineup.
