just incase anyone is thinking of buying vouchers for Vistaprint. I bought 5 via the jumponit offer afew days ago. the first two i used were fine. Suddenly they wouldn't accept my voucher. I had to wait til 12 midnight to called them since they're probably a call centre somewhere in the world, they blamed it on "technical" errors then asked me to wait. They came back and told me that products already discounted will not be further discounted with the voucher I bought. I told them that the $10 voucher I bought is a $50 equivalent and whether it was affected by already discounted products was not suggested anywhere in the terms or conditions when voucher purchased.
I was on the phone to them til about 2 in the morning until they pretty much went into a cycle of, no sir, sorry sir, i'll talk to my manager, no sir, blah blah blah
changing the rules after voucher purchased? not cool vistaprint..
Not cool, but vista print is a bit dodgy by some reports.
