@Clear: How do I lodge a dispute? There was no racism involved, it was a happy birthday video request for a friend.
This is an absolute lie. We have a 100% resolution rate with 11,000 videos done. We even refund the full amount by way of a coupon if we are late in delivering. There is an email under the order form that tells you what to do if you need to contact us. Response time is 1 hr regardless of time zone.
