Any Experience with Getting RM Williams to Do a Size Exchange without a Receipt? (Boots Purchased from Private Seller)

I just got some boots and they're half a size too big - however they were bought online, not from RM. What do you think my odds are of getting them exchanged in Sydney?

    Followed your advice, they said to just come in and it wouldn't be an issue. We didn't even go to the store we called and it still didn't matter.

  Since its Christmas and there's going to be lots of exchanges and refunds, some with receipts and some without, if yours arestill brand new with tags and everything, you might have a slight chance.

  Otherwise, no hope.
