Will this TV mount holds LG OLED C8 65" ?

Hi all,

I have 24inches stud and bought a LG OLED C8 65 inches.
Looking at this TV mount: https://www.amazon.com.au/Bracket-Articulating-MD2380-24-Mou…

It says it only supports up to 55" but it does support LG OLED C8 65" VESA size 300m x 200m. It also supports up to 45kg which should be fine cause C8 65" Net Weight without stand is only 21kg. LG OLED C8 specs: https://www.lg.com/au/support/products/documents/OLED%20C8%2…

I could get a bigger frame but I don't want the bigger frame to block the cable inputs on the backside since it looks quite wide and C8 has some cable input on the right of backside.

just wanna ask it should be fine to purchase to mount the C8 65" ?? Seems to tick all the boxes

    I use this

I never had issues fully utilizing all ports. I hardly add inputs directly to TV. Goes in a receiver. If you're buying a decent OLED, you really should have a balanced approach to the rest of your gear.

do you plan on using the articulating arm feature? if so, the tilt angle may reduce due to the larger screen size? the wall mount will be fine from a weight perspective.

You might want to look at the mounting points and make sure the brackets don't extend too far at the bottom of the screen. I have the 55" C7 The mounting points on the c7 are quite low on the back of the tv screen, this meant that the bottom of some wall mount brackets were too long and could be seen when mounted. It was fine structurally, just looked bad. buy your wall mount bracket from a store with a good returns policy just in case… You should be fine with your first suggested wall mount. I used an ikea uppleva wall mount, pretty cheap and sits close to the wall, but a bit hard to access the ports.
