    That's pretty easy. Start here:

If you need a nice table to compare between the types of paypal, then try this:

    From Here

    Personal
If you are only accepting money from other people with PayPal accounts, I recommend this option (it is FREE to receive payments funded by PayPal Balance, PayPal Instant Transfer or PayPal eCheck). Personal accounts may not receive payments funded by credit card, debit card or Buyer Credit for eBay or eBay Express transactions without upgrading to Premier or Business accounts.
    Premier
Premier accounts include all the benefits of a Personal account [receive payments funded by PayPal Balance, PayPal Instant Transfer or PayPal eCheck (same as Personal)] and receive payments funded by Credit Card, Debit Card or Buyer Credit). You also have the ability to:
+ Accept all payment types for low fees
+ Set up your PayPal Shopping Cart
+ Access exclusive, professional customer service seven days a week
+ Be identified as a Premier account in your reputation pop-up box
+ Be featured in PayPal Shops, where over 150 million PayPal customers can make instant purchases from your website.

    i personally use personal account

i Believe that PayPal charges fees for Premium users for receiving payments

Dunno about "making" Paypal… what do you mean by that?

Regarding Personal vs Premier… it really just depends if you are selling or not.

A Personal account can only accept a limited amount (six per year) of Credit Card funded payments. So, once you hit the limit on a Personal acct, your money gets blocked until you upgrade (which is free)

Since they are both free, you just get Premier if you intend to sell stuff on eBay etc… otherwise, Personal is fine.

EDIT - SEE my other post below.

Ishh is correct - the Personal account can receive money for free, whilst a Premier account pays fees.

So, if you are selling, you need Premier. If you are buying you use Personal.

So, if you are selling, you need Premier.

      i wouldn't say need

Really depends on what you plan you use your account for:
If you plan to sell heaps of things, choose Premier
If you plan to rarely sell, go for Personal

I know people have multiple Paypal and eBay accounts—> one for buying and the other for selling

  • Do they check ur personal information?

    • well.. they need your personal information

      they don't 'check' it though

but they do verify your bank account details by depositing about 20cents into your account so you can verify it by typing the amount they put in

  • How to check yo bank account statement? Can u go to the atm? :)

    • its the bank account, so it should show up in the recent transactions and/or when you stamp the book

Can u go to the atm?

      yeah, the Transaction section

  • And finally, Can you fake your DOB? And name? :)

    • i'd say best not to

just keep EVERYTHING honest about yourself, just in case

(however, i see no troubles if you do)
