Hi can harvey norman cancel game pre orders? I pre ordered DMC 5/6 with them with a gift card, would I get the credit back on a gift card?
As I found I can pre order it somewhere else way cheaper.
Also not sure what to buy from there for 89 do they sell other gift cards? or blizzard credit or something?

        I feel like HN's customer service would have more of a clue than random ozbargainers, but I could be alone on that.

        So the live chat rep said yes, and instead of saying okay please cancel the preorder, you said "Hang on, I know you guys are shady, let me go ask some randoms on OzBargain first"?

          they said ''sure'' so yeah and I have heard bad things about them and canceling things so I wanted to see if anyone has done it before.

            @Rukiata: Just cancel it, and keep a copy of the chat transcript. And yes, they will pay you back in whatever method you paid.

    Have you checked whether Harvey Norman could price match the cheaper price, that way you can still use part of your gift card.
