This was $35 a week ago when I ordered and now it is $30. The way I figured, at worst I overpaid for a slightly bulkier USB powerbank to keep in the car, with the upside of being able to potentially save me a big headache!

Reviews available from the Amazon US site. Most seem positive (it works!) and the build quality seems pretty good to me.

It has lower current so if your battery is dead dead it might not work. However if the car just died on the road it should work very well.

Ebay selling for about $56.

    In case you're wondering.

  • Some of the feedback is worrying. Dying within 6 months etc

Probably cells pulled from “recycled” laptop batteries.

  • I was almost in trouble the other day, left the car sitting for a few days and it wouldn't start, this will come in handy

  • I make my own lipo pack and it had jumpstart my big SUV and friend's car on multiple occasions. I have not yet recharged it. The SUV battery was dead, flat flat where I have removed the battery.

    • Sounds awesome, amazing it works. What dis it cost you and what do you recommend to use to make one?
