    That's not really a better deal; if you actually need more than 16GB, you shouldn't be getting USB 2.0 anyway (as you suggest). If you're only transferring small files and don't need the speed, you may as well save $1 and get this deal.

  I’ve got some storage devices with serial cables to connect to your computer, if speed of write/access doesn’t affect whether it’s a good or bad deal.
