Refunds from PlayStation Store

Hi All

Has anyone had luck with getting refunds from the PlayStation store?
My son made a purchase but for the wrong thing, and hoping to get a refund to correct it.
On the email confirmations it says there is a 14 day cooling off period, and I followed the links to fill in the form to request a refund.

Has anyone actually gotten a reply and /or refund from this???

      It was some add on for fortnight, but purchased in the PlayStation store itself. We have not had the ps4 on since then, so hoping it will be okay?

    What Yummy has mentioned just as long the game haven't been downloaded they will refund back into wallet.

    Just a quick update to let you know we received a full refund from PlayStation Network.

    Impressed that thy got back so quickly during the Xmas break time.
