Recommend ~ $100 China Phone

An Android savvy teen in my house has $115 in Xmas money he would like to convert into a better phone than his current Redmi 3s.
I had a look at the low end buying guide, but that is double his budget.
He is looking for better speed, more RAM, bigger screen, just highest specs he can get for a limited dollar spend.
Bonus points if it plays Fortnite (I can’t believe I typed that).
We are on Telechoice, but not that fussy about b28.

We have eBay plus, shipster and amazon prime at the moment, if that helps. He is willing to wait for one of the China shops to ship also, if that is the best deal.
