Catch returns, esp. Footwear

Just a whinge…

I bought shoes on catch.com.au on the basis that returns ok.

So, the shoes don't fit.

I have to lodge a "changed my mind" request - - so they are making me feel like it's my fault the shoes don't fit.

I get approval then a link to purchase return postage.

So, returns are ok, if I pay for it.

Then I return and 2 days later I get credit note…. But for product only.

Now I'm $18 down, no shoes and I have a credit with Catch.

Well I was trying to get a bargain but ends up costing me.

I feel like the "returns allowed" was a bit misleading because does not mention that you'll need to pay for both freight charges if you return.

My lesson = be wary of buying shoes online.

Yep, all my fault not trying to blame anyone but won't fall for that again.
