Looking for items yesterday at Harvey Norman City West to bring our spend up to the min to qualify for Amex and stumbled across this deal. Cheaper than anywhere I’ve seen before and subsequent online searches indicate this is a deal. Appears to expire tomorrow.

Pricehipster is simply put, hit and miss. It is not 100% correct, and quite a few times seen they weren't correct, so much so, that most of the time I take it only as a reference, it might've been that price, but also it might've not been.
If using it, I would use it mostly for reference, not something that I would swear on. It probably happens because it doesn't monitor prices non-stop and or it just takes snapshots from time to time, so what you get might be the lowest price, or it might not.

Good price but you don’t have to wait long for these to come on sale. Almost always this price at one store or the other.

Plenty.
You can probably get about 3 uses out of it before it needs charging. But the point of it is it sits in your bathroom charging until it needs to be used.
