    Unsure about this very moment. They occasionally are on sale at Costco and Shaver Shop has the odd 20% off sales on their eBay store which can include the heads and may stack with Shaver Shops other sales if the timing is super good. Most recent being boxing day but at a glance that seems to have ended.

    ALl in all though expect to pay more for Phillips heads than the Oral B.

    Looking at packaging it isn't, and yours says elite+ so we need model no.

    As mentioned, it's the Elite+, which is the base model.

    The Plaque Defence is the next step up, but I can't tell what the difference is.

    According to Phillips, the Elite+ "removes up to 3x more plaque than a manual toothbrush" and the Plaque Defence "removes up to 6x more plaque than a manual toothbrush", but I can't tell what the difference is.

    It's not the same.

    The one you link has a fat handle, this one is more slim.

    But I have the OP's one at home and it's only half as powerful as my Flexcare Platinum at max setting, or my HealthyWhite which has no intensity settings.
