    I find mine a little too high. Not hot to lay on though. But for that price it's a steal.

        I'm also looking for a low profile Gel infused shredded memory foam pillow, I got some normal ones cheap from harris scarfe and had to cut them open and take 2/3 of the foam out.

        I found this one to be a better and effectively lower pillow, but the price is currently too high, so wait until it sells for about $65.

        SevenSmurfs, check out Theramed Australia, model "Complete Sleeprrr Memory Plus" pillow is adjustable.
        I've wondered how people can choose the right height pillow, given mattresses tend to sink under weight.
        I also use a cheap cylindrical bean filled mini pillow supporting only the neck for back sleeping, every other night. Found in Daiso which is a cheap Japanese shop located in Westfield Chermside. Hope this helps.
