Each 25th December in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 I received 200 bonus carrots from EBGames but in 2018 I received nothing at all.
Just felt a little odd and I’m so close to reaching level 3.
Has anyone else experienced this? (Points in prior years but not 2018)
Yes that’s weird. I have my email subscriptions on so it’s not that. Interesting to hear that your brother got it but you didn’t.
I might need to confirm when I can, maybe he told me the wrong thing, will try to check with him in the morning.

I don't know much about this. I had a quick read of the T&C and found this another way to get some points. They seem free to do as well.

Good pickup. I only just leveled up to 2 recently and didn't get any xmas carrots. Going to be in an EB store tomorrow and will ask them

Storeperson didn't know and tried to call a support line but was put on hold for too long. Tried calling also but recorded message said wait time up to 40 mins. I'm just going to wait a week or two seeing as others have said there is a delay this year. Interesting though here's the xmas bonus carrot dates I received over the last few years:

Just noticed 200 is in there now and they backdated it as 25/12/2018
I got some carrots added
I got the email on December 24, it said the 200 carrots would be credited within 30 days.
I'm level 4 and received the email on 24th Dec with 400 carrots added.
I didn't click on it at first but when looking for it once I saw this thread. Received an email on the 24th of Dec with the following subject line:

YEE HAW! What an epic year for gaming and pop culture! As we crawled-out through the Fallout, we entered another grand Odyssey, spanning across endless Horizons, mysterious Seas, and Shadowy Tombs. We experienced the emotional rollercoaster that was Red Dead Redemption 2, our friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man dropped by for a Fortnite, and, Boy oh Boy was God of War EPIC.
As the year progressed we met a new Doctor, the Adventures grew Chilling, and like a Daredevil we returned to Westworld. In cinemas a we flew Solo to Jurassic World, witnessed the Crimes of Grindelwald, and Marvelled at as many superhero movies as we could handle.
Now, as the sun sets on 2018, we eagerly await what 2019 has in store.

You will get them, I just checked my carrot stash and diddnt get mine until the 18/01/18 for 2017 bonus. So hold tight.
Im level 3 and got an email for 300 bonus carrots but this is my first year Ive got that email and I'm only 75 carrots away from level 4.
Level 4 will lose its appeal quick.
I am level 5 and received 500 bonus carrots in my account on 25/12. Give EBgames customer service a call to find out why you missed out in 2018.
Currently level 3. Didn't get an email and hadn't received bonus points when I checked the other day but tried again this morning and had 300 points there backdated to 25/12/18. Keep checking back.
I'm not sure on the reason, I'm the same as you, super close to the next level but I didn't get it at all, my brother did get it (got an email about it I think), so I wonder if you have to have your email subscription on or you miss out?
