      Cheers, done!

  • Postage cost?

    • Click the link.. probably not worth it if you are going to get it posted though.
Postage is $9 flat rate so maybe if you are going to buy three boxes. Otherwise it's a great deal if you live close.

Yep, $24 from Amazon (+5% CR) or BigW. I have a BigW five minutes away and Baby Bunting is almost half an hour. But yeah, a good deal if you're close and need it the same day.

People keep saying Aldi is really cheap, they might be good for newborn nappies as I know newborns go through them so quickly? Having a baby in about three weeks so really need to get a handle on prices.

        • Yeah I heard aldi is really good for cheap decent quality ones.

@Vyviel: The Mamia(Aldi) newborn nappies seem to be appropriate for 3-6 months old and were a bit too big for our newborn. Bought a box, which we'll likely use in a couple of months. Huggies newborn fit well. Just my personal experience.

@Vyviel: Can vouch for Aldi nappies. Keep it mind that each brand will be a different size for the same weight category. We found the huggies ones to be smallest so were perfect for newborn but our baby outgrew them quickly. I'd only buy one box of these as they were too small after about a month. The Aldi newborn are bigger than Huggies. We went Huggies Newborn > Aldi Newborn > Aldi Infant > Aldi Crawler. My advice is not to overbuy as they grow so quickly!

@hmmz: Great advice thanks! Our first is due in just under 3 months and I've been lost on how to apply the OzB spirit to this side of it all ;)

@RickoWest: No worries :) It's just so confusing to begin with. Me and the Mrs didn't see a point spending more money than we had to on nappies. We compared the features/design and there's not really any perceivable difference in quality. We've had poo explosions in huggies too :(

      • Should also be able to price match at chemist warehouse

  • price beat at chemist warehouse.
