Yeah…these deals seem to only be worth it when they stack on other sales. Myer's mark-up is high enough that 20% alone doesn't often cut it.

At least they publish the exclusions list now. I got very sick of them cancelling my orders because they conveniently couldn't find any stock.

Lego City Cargo Train…$223.73 on Amazon AU…$239.99 (with discount applied) at Myer. They have some sets on clearance, such as Moloch's Land Speeder, but the 20% doesn't apply (and that is $5 cheaper in Big W anyway). If they dropped the 20% on top of clearance, then we might be talking deals.
Have had some good buys on Myer in the past, but I don't think there is much on offer atm (at least in the Lego realm). Hopefully somebody finds some other bargains.

That's the sort of deal that usually makes Myers a worthwhile option. They do run the odd 40 - 50% off clearance though.
