Long time lurker, first time poster. I know this deal was on a few days ago, but it appears to have started again. NBA Live 19 wasn't released on disc, so digital download only.

Yes, NBA 2k19 is better, but for $12.49 its an absolute steal in my book. I have both, and find Live to be more fun if you just feel like dunking on the smelly Knicks or travelling with James Harden and his fine beard. ;)

Only downside to Live 19…no Mike Breen and Jeff Van Gundy commentating…boo. But hey, there's no Mark Jackson so dodged a bullet there.

  Also have both and sure 2k is more polished but Live is flat out more fun indeed.

    I agree! For a pick up and play for casual players Live is a far more pleasant experience.

    You just received my vote as you must be older than me… Knicks have sucked my entire life (although 90s were at least competitive)

      2012-13 Atlantic Division champs, my friend…..I know that's like runner-ups in an under 9's handball comp, but still..let us have something!

      And yea, I may be older than you, but still missed their last championship by at least 10 years.

  I played the hell out of 18 and loved it, had an awesome soundtrack too! Heads up that came out on ea access pretty early (Jan /Feb from memory) and thought the whole concept was insane value, so might be worth a look (12 months for like $30ish from memory).

  Hopefully will follow tradition and be out soon as well
