google ASAP or go to eBay ASAP and search for AU sellers (Make sure they are registered in Australia before placing the order)
BTW phones die all the time and I understand it is a massive inconvenience but far from being a life threatening emergency. So unless there is someone here in OzBargain who works for a market research company or price comparison website keeping track of price changes of Poco F1 round the clock no one will be able to tell you where the cheapest F1 would be without doing their own price research which is something you could have done yourself.

There is cheap one for 431.99 on evisionshop.com, but I'm not sure about the online shop itself. Catch deal also good for 460.90, both for 64gb version

Yups, I also bought from Hong Kong shop without noticing, but their service and price is really good back then. Better buying it locally though.
If you're in Sydney Uniphone in Wolli Creek have them for $479 Global version 6GB/64GB. Not the cheapest but you can walk in and pick one up.
I got mine from gearbest, around $445 shipped through DHL, it took 4 days total from HK, which I feel is pretty decent. Remember Shopback/Cashrewards!

I think I saw one listed on catch although it’s from marketplace seller and shipped from overseas.
I thought my S7 edge died (after 14mo), but it turned out to be just the battery. Replaced it myself. A $10 fix for me.
