and

Has anyone every used them or had experience with them? Also any suggestions, I normally sleep on my stomach and side. Thanks for any help.

  • I normally sleep on my stomach

Im not sure why, but it freaks me out when I see people sleeping on their stomachs!

I use this pillow - it's not cheap, but it's the best pillow I've ever slept on.

me too, so less is best. are you currently sleeping with a 'firm/high' pillow? that could be the issue. i got told by a physio a while back that keeping the children using the flattest possible was best; keeps the neck straighter.

    each to their own though.

    • I was using a firm no brand cheap pillow and started to get neck pain. I think the pillow was too firm.

If you have bad neck pain best to go to a specialist pillow store rather than spotlight

  • I switched to a Dentons MediRest and I no longer wake up with neck pain. I could not be happier. They also last a long time.

  • I went through about half a dozen pillows in the past couple of years because of neck pain. I'm a side sleeper and also prefer a soft but supportive feel to my pillow. I tried TLC Latex most recently but it's too bouncy for me and it gave me an ear ache. I went to my local Snooze store in frustration and asked for a pillow recommendation. I was all set to shell out big bucks on a Tempur… But the sales assistant had me try their best seller by Bedgear. The good thing about this place is you can try before you buy. I ended up with a Bedgear Balance pillow which is more or less shredded memory foam. This has been the best pillow I've ever bought. They have different heights or Levels. I'm a petite side sleeper so I got Level 1.0 but they have others. I would strongly recommend going in store to try one out. I notice they're also on sale at the moment.
