My birthday is in January and in past years my Qantas birthday email with $30 hotel voucher and Kogan voucher has arrived in the first few days of the month.
Have other January born OzBargainers received theirs?
It may seem trivial and entitled, but I have planned around those vouchers so feeling disappointed that I have probably missed out this year.
Is it worth following up do you think? Or just move on.
What did Qantas say when you rang them to ask?
I did phone but the CSR sounded quite irritated that I'd bothered her with this minor issue. She said to phone back if I hadn't received by the end of the month.

Hubby had December birthday and email didn’t come til mid month

It is! You need to make sure they have your birthday and you're signed up for emails.
