I bought Samsung Gear S3 Frontier but having trouble maintaining bluetooth connection. When the screen is on it is connected perfectly fine but when the screen goes off it looses connection in 10 seconds so can't get notification. Could any one help me fixing this issue? Is there an apo where the bluetooth connection doesn't get lost when screen is off? All other bluetooth devices does not get lost(qc35, JBL, car etc…) thank you in advance

what phone do you have?
i have the Gear S3 Frontier + Samsung S8+ and i don't have that problem at all
If your phone is of another brand it might not be 100% compatiable
only suggestion i have maybe to reset/restore both phone and watch to see if this fixes the problem
You need to make sure the galaxy watch ap and its plugins are not put to sleep.
Go to the battery settings and click on the top right corner button (3dots). It should be under power saving exceptions. Find those apps and it should work
