Best Brand Disposable Razor Men?

Hi I'm new to shaving but growing a stache that comes back darker everytime I shave it. What is the best brand that will ensure that it will grow back more slowly and have a cleaner cut?

  • grow back more slowly

The brand of razor or way you shave, won't influence this.

I'm old, and I've been using electric shavers for 15 year, would never go back.
    I use this product: https://www.philips.com.au/c-p/S7710_26/shaver-series-7000-w…

    • If you have sensitive skin, stick to foil shavers. Braun series 9 are dope.

  • For disposables, I prefer Gillette over Schick. Maybe a Gillette Mach 3 is a good first razor.

DOn't buy disposable razors. They're all junk.

Get a german made safety razor, good quality shaving cream (taylor of old Bond street?), badger or bore shaving brush, and stainless steel razor blades.
Don't forget to exfoliate before shaving and use a moisturizing cream (QV by Ego) or a >$30 after shave.

I have a very strong beard and have tried everything - traditional "double edge safety razors" and their kit are the best way to go imo.

Get a merkur 34c, some shave soap (I use proraso sandalwood), a shave brush and a sample pack of double edge blades. I like the Gillette ones, a lot of people swear by feather, get a sample pack to see what you like. Once you are setup you can pick up 100 premium blades for about $20. That will last you a loooonnng time.

For the shaver I can also highly recommend a merkur futur knockoff from Ali Express - search Ming shi 2000s or qshave. I think I landed mine for about $18, but people have claimed to get them as cheap as $6. Does a very good shave.

You can also just use conditioner instead of shave soap to start with, but you will end up getting a shave soap if you follow this path.

Let me know if you have any questions.

The notion that hair grows back thicker, faster or darker every time you shave is just an urban legend. There's no evidence for it, otherwise balding or greying men would be shaving their crown lines. Hair tends to naturally darken up until adolescence, and will start greying sometime after that.

    • Everyone would have beards like the talliban

  • Gillette

I remember if I was ever in my parents city I’d stay with them, and my mum would by bic razors for me. Please don’t ever buy these, they rip the **** out of your face.
