Are the following sellers reputable? When they say AU stock, are there any catches to it (ie. is it as good as buying from the Apple store?)

Are those sellers above grey market? They mention AU stock in their ad… what does that really mean?
You can ask them for the direct model and compare it to if it is the Australian local model and if you don’t receive that in the end you can dispute it
Au stock under my understanding is what is being sold at jb hi fi and all retailers but is compliant with Australia standards
AU stock can either be, Australian models with Australian warranty OR grey import models with stock on hand in Australia. Get clarification from the seller.

Could it mean stock on hand in Australia with apple international warranty?
OR if its really AUS stock, does it mean it will qualify for the "2 year mobile phone warranty" from Apple?
@jecec: In the listing they have identified the model as MT572X/A which is the Australian/New Zealand model.

Buy iPhone from either Apple store or Costco.
Buy from office works and use 5% price beat. They match online retailers.
But they can't match the 20% promo code currently on eBay.
