I found this and a stack of other Musashi products at better than half price.

I bought it at the the new store on Ballarat Rd. Braybrook. Quite a few on the shelves and showing available online

Mass gainer is good when you're gymming alot but most people will gain fat faster than muscle but its good if you want that.

  This is more for skinny people that can't seem to gain weight because they are little cold fusion reactors. Otherwise you would need to be doing a terrifying amount of weights for this to be a good idea.
