Harris Scarfe Getting in on The Online Deals - Weekly

Looks like Harris Scarfe want a piece of the online deal pie.

By the time I looked at the deal it was already sold out. They only had 95 units and were including free delivery with a limit of 2 per customer. I'm surprised they didn't limit it to 1 since it was their first deal and they had so few units!?

Seems the deals will continue to begin at midnight on Tuesdays. Thought I'd just give you guys a heads up if you're interested in checking it out for next week's deal or for signing up to receive email about the deal each week.

  • That's a pretty nice deal. Usually cutlery on special is the fugly designs no one wants, but that looks OK.

  • Arr Harriss Scarfe. Lets inflate RRP and then trick consumers into thinking we are selling it at an ultra discounted price (ala Kathmandu).

    • I have to disagree with you zhenjie. I find Harris Scarfe sale prices on many items to be the cheapest in the market at that point in time, especially on quilts, sheets, towels etc. They are even cheaper for email subscribers. In the last sale, subscribers were given sale price access after 1pm the day before the sale started, with another 10% off everything, except electrical, where the further discount was 5%. I don't find their electrical to be cheap at all, however, I have bought many homeware and manchester items at greatly discounted prices compared to other retailers both bricks and mortar and online, i.e Peter's of Kensington. I've also found them to be the easiest store to deal with when returning an item for whatever reason!
