Just wondering if anyone has used ING via Apple Pay overseas? If so, was it the same as using the physical card overseas? I’m hoping it is, but would rather know in advance haha.

Yes if you have already qualified for the benefits and Yes any international transactions you do while overseas with Apple Pay will count against the five required transactions a month.

Bank is irrelevant. Apple Pay will work anywhere (99.9%) that accepts contactless credit/debit card payments.
