I do not think I have ever come across a storewide sale by Apple…but I could be wrong?

Rarely, Christmas was one, they are now discounting if you work for companies they have a corporate affiliation with. It's not much I'd have to dig out receipt for % off but better than "0"
I checked with mine. A whole 2% off for an iPhone XS.

What are you after? Often they will price-match other stores. For example; JB Hifi occassionally have 10% off macs. Apple store will match.
If you can get them to price match then you do have the advantage of their "return, within 2 weeks, if not happy" policy. I did that with an iPad once, tried it out it didn't rock my boat. Went on to buy one that suited me more a few years later.
Give it a few more years.
I'm not interested in anything exactly…I just mean I never see them have the storewide sale to see that years stock go for a low price. It just disappears…..
Well they don't actually produce way too much products that it will have to be reduced a lot for the next year's stock to be put on the shelves. That's why there is no need for statewide sale.

No. They do forecasting of demand and though they may not admit it purposely only release x amount of product through just in time production or something along those lines.
This way the likelihood of overproducing a certain product forcing Apple to have to discount these heavily unlikely.
They know they have a strong product offering so they don’t actually need sales like some other stores do. They want to hold their premium pricepoint so they let other stores like jb to do the discounting for them to clear any old stock.
All the Apple sheep will buy whatever they sell. No need for sitewide discount!
Nope, they don't do sales. Only certain bonus events where they give you headphones or iTunes gift cards with Macbook purchases.
