I'm pretty sure I read a review on huntkey greenstar power supply products and it clearly stated you should look at other power supplies because these are flawed and it's efficiency rate is not great and also a possibility of explosion, but not surprising looking at the price.

Seems okay for a budget PSU if that is what you are after. Keep in mind it has less than half the MTBF (50,000 at 25c vs. 100,000 at 50c) of a decent PSU so really it's not that cheap over the whole lifetime.
The voltages are also a little bit off and they use very inefficient old technology.

don't buy a budget power supply, you're asking for a fire, blown computer parts and guzzling electricity that could've been used by the more efficient light bulb

Yeah this one is junk. Apart from the Huntkey Jumper series apparently basically every other PSU they prviously made is junk.
