Which Card for Purchases & Card for ATM Withdrawals? (Europe)

Hi all

Keep seeing ING, Citibank being talked about for travel cards. Just want to know whats best for Credit purchases and which is best for ATM withdrawals?

I remember back in the day 28 degrees was the best for everything, then Citi bank was best for ATM withdrawals.

Traveling to UK & Greece.

      However what do OzBargainers recommend for a ATM card (Cash withdrawals) & Credit Card for purchases from this list specifically?

      Or it is simply pick any of the these in the link and you'll be right?

    If you are happy to move everything to ING, they are better but you need to pay a minimum into your account each month and do 5 transactions.

    Citibank , well their app is horrible and they don’t support PAYID yet but they don’t charge fees and you can just put money on your card for your trip.

    There are a couple of others as well.

    Both are fine for credit/cash out transactions. You won’t need much cash though.
