I-Mju Hatomugi Skin Conditioning Gel 180g or Skin Conditioner 500ml (Made in Japan) $8.84 Delivered @ Fresh Cosmetics eBay

590
PASSIONATE

This is the lowest price I've seen so far in the last 12 months for the Hatomuji Skin Conditioning Gel. The price has dropped to $11.05 and now with the extra 20% off, it's $8.84. The full price for the conditioner is 702 yen including tax in Japan, and the gel is 972 yen which works out to be about AUD $8.90 and $12.32 respectively with today's mastercard exchange rate, so this is a really good price!

Note that this seller replenishes stock often, despite the quantity remaining. At the time of posting, there are 9 of the gel and 10 of the lotion. The date printed on the product is the manufacture date, not expiry date, and they have a shelf life of 3 years. The last time I purchased from this seller, the manufacture date was late April 2018.

Make sure you check the original price ($11.05) and discounted price after adding PASSIONATE coupon code ($8.84) because the seller does alter the price quite frequently from the item price history. Please report this deal as expired if you see a price increase.

Both products won 1st prize at their respective categories in Cosme best cosmetics awards 2018. They are excellent hydrating products contain job's tears/Coix seed extract, have no fragrance or added colour and is low-irritant. Official website (Japanese only - use Google Translate).

This seller replenishes stock often, if you see that it's out of stock, try again in a few minutes. The stock has gone to 0 and back to 10 a few times today already. But do check the price before buying in case it has changed.

    • Thank you, I don't need this but I had to get a 2 set to try!

      • Hope you'll like it :)

  • What is the difference between the two? Do you use both together? OR they are the same product but made into different forms?

    • +1

Skin Conditioner is more a toner where as Skin Conditioning Gel is more a moisturiser.

    • +1

You can use both together for extra hydration, or you can just pick one. It depends on how you want to incorporate it into your existing routine. You can use the conditioner (liquid) as a hydrating toner, and the gel as a moisturiser under sunscreen. I personally find the gel quicker to use.

  • Not a bad price, only $1 markup from buying it in Japan.

According to my calculations, full price is 702 yen including tax in Japan, which works out to be about AUD $8.90 with today's mastercard exchange rate, so it's about the same price buying from this seller as full price in Japan.

But I've certainly seen it sold for less than 702 yen in Japan. This is just comparing the full price.

    • The gel is 972 yen full price, thanks to tip from sTon3r. So the gel is an even better deal. Description updated.

  • excellent hydrating

These are cosmetics. "Hydrating" = a thin layer of oil across the skin.

Cosmetics do nothing do for aging.

    • No shit sherlock.
But if you don't moisturise, your 25yo skin will look 35.

  • The gel is OOS I stand corrected, stock has been updated

I just came back from Japan and everywhere it was ¥900+ so this is a great price in comparison to that.

As a guy, I just bought these based on the good word here. Was that dumb? Is there much difference in moisturisers for women as opposed to men?

    • +1

Don't worry, you can use it. Skin care is more dependent on skin type than anything. These two products however are good for all skin types as they are hydrating and non-greasy. (Even oily skin can still be dehydrated).
