Saw today that the Pabst Blue Ribbon 6 Packs at Dan's are currently selling for $14.90, which is even cheaper than the $16 that they are currently on offer with the Dan Murphy's card. I would say that this price is due to them price matching somewhere else, possibly even somewhere that lowered their price to compete with the $16 members offer. For $14.90, this is a pretty good deal for a 6 pack of beer, especially if you don't have a Dan Murphy's card or any interest to get one.
But it won the blue ribbon..

The problem is it tastes like water, but is still 4.7%, so a lot of Aussies chug it down and get far too drunk.
No reason to be drinking this swill in this day and age. Especially at this price.

Great beer
I remember buying a slab about 5 years ago for $20 from DM when it was a new bargain here. Finished it off that same night with a mate, was one of the most enjoyable beer sessions I ever had. Not had it since but would surely do again at $20/slab.
