I recently bought a new house and sold my old house (both in North Bris) with Bronson Freeman of Freeman Legal.

he posted a deal here a while ago

was less expensive than the previous conveyancer that I had used to buy the old house.

great communication, answered all my stupid questions. would use again.

Get a good conveyance instead. Cheaper and they make a living by doing this stuff day in day out. Less chance of errors in my experience.

No such thing as a Good solicitor - they are amoral at best. What you want is a competent solicitor who won't scam you.
