Just to make this very clear: LOL NO.
The only reason a company would go to individuals in a type of crowd-funded funding round is because they've run out of institutional investors or venture capitalists - people who actually do their research and know their stuff - willing to give them more money.
Saw their recent article on then becoming milllioanires, which is good for them,
However they sounded convinced they reinvented the wheel.
Cant see whats special about selling books online.
I too thoguht buying physical books was a dying trend
