Too quick - most people grab the sample in excitement and keep walking. By the time they work out what it is they are stuck with it.
Looks bad for the company - they should have done what Uncle Toby's did when they launched a new porridge product a few years back - they gave out hot samples in supermarkets, made on the spot using a hot water tank. Would be a far more effective marketing if I could taste the coffee, rather than throw it in the bin.
Although having tasted these pods I doubt it would pass most people's coffee snobbery.

They are Nespresso compatible. Plenty of people have the machines at home or work.
I'd say less than 10% have a Nespresso machine.
They are still there? My wife got one last week.

Am I right in assuming they expire very shortly? The ones they gave away at Railway Square a few weeks ago expired on the 13th
These are far the best pods that Woolies sell imo. Ive tried a variety of brands and these have a nice full flavour whereby others are weak as.
Agree but not all L’or variations are great. Big fan of these ristretto ones though.
Got these the other week at Central. Not bad. Might head over to the toilet bowl smelling station that is Town Hall this afternoon for some.

What a funny giveaway. Most people wouldn't have a pod machine for these, surely? Will end up in the bin - super wasteful.
